The incumbent determines systems solutions to user operating problems. Evaluates technical feasibility of proposed system solutions and develops project proposals. Plans and develops system projects. Implements and maintains complex systems on a global level. Seven to ten years experience in the analysis, design and development of large globally complex business systems in a Windows NT environment. Two to three years experience in analysis, design and development of large globally complex business systems in a Windows 2000 Active Directory environment. Knowledge of Novell Netware 5.1 and Novell's eDirectory. Must have expert knowledge of Windows NT and Windows 2000 from a command line. Knowledgeable of the operations and procedures of assigned functional/user areas and the capabilities and limitations of the organization's data processing system. Possess excellent levels of technical proficiency in scripting, analysis, organization, verbal and written communication skills.
