Lead Network Consultant

Responsibilities:

- LAN/WAN solution design to meet specific customer requirements and to ensure the reliability, performance, security, and high availability of all network services
- IT Operations planning, project management, plan implementation, and budget management
- Develop and maintain appropriate procedural, functional, and technical documentation
- Maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Provide technical and procedural guidance and support to Level I and Level II support technicians across multiple clients

Required Skills:
- At least 10 years experience in general LAN/network management and administration
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols
- Advanced skills and experience in Windows Server 2003, MS Exchange 2003, Active Directory, NLB, Clustering, IIS
- Strong Cisco networking skills; ASA, 3750s, 4500s, VPN, VLAN
- Strong skills in SAN implementation and support
- Working knowledge of VMWare ESX
- Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM)
- Sr. level project planning and implementation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A BS/BA degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent training and experience
- MCSE, CCNA, PMP or greater preferred
