Ajilon Consulting is seeking a Lead Security Designer to support our financial services client by leading the design and development of Business Intelligence Services leveraging SQL Server Analytics within the client's Portal Platform Infrastructure

Reporting to the Chief Designer, you will lead design and development of Security services (Authentication and Authorization). In this project you will be interacting with a broad spectrum of team members including application developers, consultants and business analysts, both onshore and offshore. This will be a highly dynamic environment and the ability to deal with ambiguity is a must. An energetic positive attitude and the ability to jump in and add value is a requirement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
. Leveraging existing technical design and infrastructure to support Single Sign On across applications within the Portal Platform.
. Designing and delivering high-grade authentication mechanisms leveraging high-assurance, digital certificates and two factor authentication.
. Driving development of a centralized entitlement engine based on Cisco Securent and ensuring the team delivers a quality software product in accordance with industry best practices and architectural design patterns.
. Ramping up on the client's methodology of developing software including being able to navigate the various departments within the organization to achieve results.
. Translating technical requirements and transitioning these to an offshore consultant group, ensuring accurate communication at every point in the chain and successful delivery of a quality product.
. Running the technical portion of a Portal project that includes taking responsibility for all security-related infrastructure for both human and web-service-based authentication and authorization
. Writing the Technical Design Document, performing Code Reviews and suggesting Code optimizations

Experience/Skills
. Technically competent resource with 7+ years experience specializing in authentication, authorization
. Hard skills include SAML, SITEMINDER, SHAREPOINT, C#/.NET programming, XACML, Prefer SECURENT experience
. Working knowledge of federated authentication, WS-Federation, SAML, external entitlement engines, SOA (specifically web-services and associated security).
. Adept at Microsoft Technologies (ASP.NET, C#, SQL SERVER 2005, SharePoint 2007, Web Services and XML)
. Should be able to assess performance & scalability impacts of proposed solutions
. Should be able to provide technical guidance & trouble-shooting assistance to other team members
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, expertise in Word, Excel & Visio.
