Description
This position is responsible for analyzing requirements gathered by the business analysts, determining how the requirements fit into existing application, and assisting with prioritizing enhancements. It is also responsible for determining the effects of proposed changes and reviewing code of other programmers. This position is responsible for managing contract programmers to ensure that timelines promised to the business are met. Position is responsible for delivering programs, technology and systems as needed to support business requirements for the IT area's applications. Responsibilities also include supporting other IT-related projects on an as-needed basis. This position works with a broad range of business users, including Managers and Directors and provides excellent customer service to all clients.df-tc

Experience/Skills
6+ yrs. development experience with MS SQL Server, including writing very complex stored procedures.6+ yrs. professional experience with at least 2 years managing technical resources2+ yrs. experience with technical documentation and analysis2+ yrs. working with relational databases and database concepts2+ yrs. working with software development process, .net & CRM1+ yr. experience communicating with senior business team members both written and verbal3+ yrs. development experience in .net2+ MS SQL Server 2000 experience1+ yr. experience with processing, loading, and aggregating data from external systems3+ yrs. with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
