HERES WHAT WE NEED

A Lead Programmer Analyst with hands on technical experience to support a high profile client project building from the ground up. Possess diverse technical experience in requirements gathering, systems analysis, systems development, design and re-engineering. Provides experienced technical consulting in the definition, design, and creation of a database environment.

Requirements:

Must be able to work in a dynamic, ever changing environment
Must have experience leading a technical team
Experience working with a relational database (Oracle Preferred)
Experience writing scripts (Perl Preferred)
Minimum of three years experience with designing and developing complex Oracle based applications.
Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
Must be able to obtain a NACI clearance (US Citizen)

Desired:

DB Scripting, Oracle Database 9i or above, Oracle XML DB, Perl Scripting, PL/SQL,
Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Application Server 10g, Oracle Text and Oracle Portal
Requires Bachelors degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and at least seven years of related experience.
Experience with developing Oracle Portlets, J2EE development, JSF, ADF, XML / XSLT / XPath, DHTML is a plus
