Description
Rezult continues to pride itself on presenting technology professionals with prestigious opportunities nationwide. We are currently in search of a Lead QA Analyst to fulfill an immediate vacancy.

This individual will be expected to direct the QA activities in an implementation project, advise and assist the project manager on QA matters (including maintaining application quality and performance standards), as well as interface with customers when required. This position demands combining the hands-on process knowledge of the QA function with solid technical knowledge of the software development environment and tools; and personal qualities that qualify him/her to coordinate the work of others and communicate effectively with team members and customers.

? Supervise and provide leadership to the QA Lead team.
? Identifying and disseminating best practices.
? Assist in developing a comprehensive product testing strategy to ensure quality of all products.
? Scheduling projects, as well as resolving delays in order to meet schedules.
? Developing innovative processes that result in high-quality cost-effective testing.
? Work closely with other groups to collaborate on creating better, faster and more cost effective ways.
? Supervise input into the defect tracking systems by testers to insure uniformity.


We are actively speaking with applicants that have the following expertise:

? Minimum 5 years experience as QA engineer
? Minimum 2 year experience as QA Lead
? Extensive experience testing browser-based UI, particularly MS IE 5.
? Solid experience on Win Runner or equivalent tools, Unix, Linux, MS Windows, and MS Office tools.
? Minimum 1 year of experience programming in Java; Java development environment and tools
? Strong familiarity with application performance testing - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? Must be able to take initiative to get information, seek clarification, and elevate problems when necessary.
? Experience with Health Care a plus.
