Description
Genesis 10 seeks a Lead Quality Assurance Consultant in Milwaukee for a 4-6 month contract position ASAP.

Application testing with direct responsibility for testing throughout the full life-cycle development process
Develop and maintain testing strategies consistent with aggressive product development schedules
Execute functional test plans to ensure project meets requirements as defined by the business units
Create and set up test environments (build, install and maintain the technology used in the testing environment)
Develop test plans and test cases, conduct extensive systems testing and user-acceptance testing
Use automated testing tools to expedite and standardize methodologies for system integration, and regression testing

Experience/Skills
•Experience with WinRunner and Test Director a plus.
•Candidate should be an excellent communicator to work with all business units and manage consultants.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related area, and at least four years experience in an exclusive quality assurance or lead software testing role.
Solid understanding of quality assurance concepts, best practices, and methodology.
Ability to review functional specs for risks or design flaws and provide solutions to develop and implement.
Hands-on QA and testing experience with complex enterprise class web-based applications.
Experience with test automation software and automation strategy and process.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent oral communications and interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn and grow, both professionally and personally in ways that will enhance job performance.
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks.
Experience in the independent design and development of test cases that exercise business logic that validate desired results.
