We are currently seeking a Lead Quality Assurance consultant who:

Provides consulting services for deploying new initiatives (small to large of varying complexity).
Assesses, researches and analyzes system deployment needs, exploring alternative options to recommend technology solutions and designs that meet sponsor needs and PLC deliverables including component reusability, data sharing and security.
Develops proposals for senior management.
Leads automation strategy phases for small to large projects/ programs identifying, tracking and resolving technical issues.
Maintains a thorough understanding of RBC Financial Groups technologies and groups supporting them
Contributes to successful project completion by identifying risks and developing/recommending mitigation strategies.
Develops criteria for and participates in the evaluation of 3rd party vendors and software as well as due diligence exercises.
Organizes and participates in walkthrough reviews of all technical testing specifications

For the Automation Testing & Technical Testing Services initiative the candidate is to :
Lead and evolve Automated Testing Strategie and all aspects related to performance testing C&IS applications
Provide technical expertise to C&IS on Automated Software Testing practices.
Provide leadership & coordinate the development, maintenance & execution of Automated Software Testing Strategies, Systems testing and perform system enhancements required as a result of changes to interfaces, e.g. Action Direct, OLBB, OLMS, RMF, PTB, TIS, RFX, Telephone Banking, DDA, COLT, VISA, etc.
Manage various Service Level, and Service Partnership Agreements with various business partners.
Research and select industry leading tools for the testing environment including tools for regression, load, & performance testing.
Provide estimates for inclusion in project plans as they relate to C&IS activities.
Ensures adequate technical documentation and training.
