Description
Must be a U. S. Citizen or Green Card Holder. Resource 1 is in need of a Lead Software Tester with solid experience with RFT (Rational Functional Tester) 7.0 or greater for a 6 – 12 month contract in San Diego, CA. Individual should have a minimum of 5 years experience testing software applications, with recent experience working with Rational Functional Tester (RFT) and Rational ClearQuest Test Manager (CQTM). Individual will be primarily responsible for the planning/execution of the Testing Strategy, creating Test Cases and writing Test Scripts. Will facilitate various testing efforts while working with the application development team and business experts. Individual will assist in the mentoring jr. testing staff on RFT and CQTM.
