CDI has an Immediate Need for a Lead Recruiter

Reports to: Area Recruiting Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the fulfillment of job requirements. Partners with Sales to help clients meet their short and long-term business objectives, while meeting CDI's strategic business goals. Partners with sales to develop relationship with clients to grow revenue and increase fill ratios.
Major Responsibilities:
. Provides clear documentation and communication of job requirements to recruiters.
. Collaborates with Sales to validate job requirements for acceptance.
. Ensures a timely and accurate order entry process and manages open order activity (proactive/marketing, open orders, closed orders).
. Drives the escalation of job orders Information Technology positions
. Matches candidate inventory to job orders, performs quality assurance checks of submittals and presents to customer.
. Interacts with customer for submittal feedback, interview scheduling, and follow-up activities including employee migration.
. Performs recruiting responsibilites, as required.
. Develops, grows and manages local vendor relationships for 3rd party submittals.
. Facilitates the offer process.
. Provide on-going day to day work supervision and performance management for recruiters within the vertical, as assigned.
. Communicates recruiter performance deficiencies to Area Recruiting Manager for action.

Hiring Requirements/Preferences:
. Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
. 4 to 6 years of recruiting experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in the IT staffing industry.
. 2 to 3 years supervisory experience preferred
. Knowledge of industry and high-end IT skill sets.
. Demonstrated understanding of recruiting, sales and vendor management processes.
. Experience selling in the staffing industry or selling and delivering services preferred.
. Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead others.
. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
. Demonstrated ability to use personal computers.
