Role Requirements:
. Strong leader with at least 2 years experience leading a test team for a reporting application

. Experience leading team of resources in a product test environment

. Ability to manage a team of local and offshore resources and drive for results that meet or exceed defined expectation

. Proven pinpoint accuracy in test effort and impact estimation

. Experience in a fast paced environment with ability to function having many competing priorities through back to back and sometimes overlapping releases

. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a desire to collaborate
