General Description:

Sterling Computers, Inc. is looking for the ultimate team player and leader. This person must be able to provide engineering support in distributed computing architecture development (design, implementatino & deployment) and perform server/services modernization planning. Must also be able to develop, test and implement processes to minimize impact on customer areas, and transition to operations. Will need to deploy and refine technology advances for Storage Area Networks, Enterporse Backup/Archive and Restoration to help meet contract requirements and service levels. Provide technical leadership, train and mentor technical staff. Provide Tier 3 support.

Required Skills:
Candidate must have experience developing an Enterprise Information Lifecycle Management strategy to include designing and/or supporting Storage Area Networks, implementing SAN Software and designing and Implementing Enterprise Backup Solutions. Experience with Storage Area Network technology and NAS/DAS supporting both Windows & UNIX environments as well as Backup/Restoration products with technical or project management experience is required. This position requires a Top Secret full Life Style polygraph. Must be a US citizen.

Desired Experience: HP EVA and MSA, HP Storage Essentials, Veritas NetBackup, Brocade Fabric switches, ADIC Tape Library, Windows 2000/2003 servers, and Sun/Solaris servers.df-tc
