Lead Software Application Developer - Web

For this position, you will help maintain a consistent view of coding standards, technical approaches, and best practices for this company that provides information processing services, including data processing outsourcing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the construction of software solutions
  
• Providing input and feedback in reference to technical architecture documentation
  
• Implementing technical solutions using database scripting languages
  
• Conducting unit testing on all application code
  
• Ensuring that the developed solution meets functional and technical specifications
  
• Reading and analyzing application code to obtain an understanding of the process flow and functional purpose
  
• Developing in multiple programming languages

• 5+ years related work experience
  
• Lead or Management experience in Web Application Development
  
• Knowledge of Development Methodologies in the SDLC cycle
  
• Ability to learn new development skills and programming languages
  
• Ability to determine specifications for performance, reliability, security, and functional performance
  
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  
• Solid time management skills
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Bachelors degree in a related field
  
• Experience with .NET and SQL Server is a plus
