Description
Leading online education company seeks full-time lead software developer to work inside our Temecula, California office. Ideal candidate will serve in a leadership role to lead and develop a small IT team. Key responsibilities will include: Planning, development, and implementation of a relational SQL Server database. Must be able to identify and develop Web-based solutions that markedly increase operational productivity, increase sales, and enhance the overall customer experience. Must be able to identify scripts that consume more server resources than necessary and develop solutions to alleviate this problem. Must be able to Debug code.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.

Must be expert in the use of SQL Server, Web Services, C#, and .NET technologies. Minimum 3 years experience w/ Microsoft SQL Server. Minimum 3 years experience designing Web and/or server-based applications. Minimum 3 years paid leadership experience.
Must be able to write detailed technical specifications, think logically and analyze application and business process requirements. Verbal and Written Communication skills a MUST. Proven leadership and time-management skills also a must. Must be able to make the most of limited resources or re-allocate resources as needed.df-tc
