The Windows TV test team is looking for a strong Test Lead candidate who possesses the drive and technical ability to ensure consumers are met with a first class TV experience.

To qualify for this position you must have a history of successfully shipping products and a passion for improving the product, people, processes, and tools. You must be self-driven to proactively identify critical challenges and opportunities across the team and across all areas of the product, and be self-directed to plan and execute to tackle them. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team of SDETs, and guide them through their career development is a must. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate technical, tactical and strategic information at different levels across the organization.

The successful candidate will have:

A minimum of 2 years experience as a QA or Test Lead
A minimum of 3 years experience in C++ and / or C# development
An understanding of COM and multi-threaded applications
Experience authoring test plans and an understanding of test methodologies and test best practices
The ability to communicate both verbally and written to different audiences internal and/or external
BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar experiencedf-tc
