Description
Sirch Incorporated is currently looking for a Lead Software Test Engineer for a permanet position with one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in IT Quality Assurance and at least 2 in a Lead capacity. This is a more functional role with the main responsibility as writing test plans/test cases/test documents. Must be very knowledgable in the process of taking requirements to test plans. Must also be able to verify that system changes meet business requirements, functional requirements, and technical requirements. Candidate should also be very 'client savvy.'

Experience/Skills
Ability to write test plans. Experience with manual and automated test environments.
