Lead Systems Analyst

Highly influential on final decisions that have significant impact on information systems of the business unit and company. Provides analysis, recommendations, consultation, and expert advice.

Leads large, complex projects that have long-term impact on the business unit or company.

Conceptualizes and develops innovative solutions to address complex business issues.
Identifies, evaluates and facilitates implementation of technical solutions.

Negotiates priorities and resolves escalated conflicts.

Reviews and approves project documentation.

Oversees work product of project team and mentors others.

Independently leads projects to achieve management/department goals.

Works on assignments where significant judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations or decisions.

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of computer systems and technologies and their relationship to business functions, practices, and processes. Comprehensive knowledge of the industry's operations, technical groups, systems and inter dependencies.

Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to solicit input.

Facilitation and meeting management skills.

Strong knowledge of project management practices.

4 year college degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent experience. Post graduate degree preferred.

8+ years business systems experience.

Proven technical leadership experience, including experience leading successful technical projects of a complex nature.df-tc
