Our client located in South Charlotte is Hiring Directly for a Lead Systems Programmer. Technical skills: Weblogic, Oracle 9i, Shell Scripting, Perl Scripting, HP-Unix, Java and J2EE, deployment, and Analytical/Problem Solving. Percentage Breakdown: 10% Development 40% Deployment 50% Troubleshooting Salary: $60K to $65K Position Description: Formulate and define specifications for complex operating software programming applications. Modifies/maintains complex existing applications using engineering releases and utilities from the manufacturer. Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents those programs. Works on system-level services to ensure proper patch levels on applications and operating systems. Monitors database integrity. May be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems workstations and servers, including web servers and architecture related to hardware and telecommunications equipment. Monitors web architecture for acceptable performance and user accessibility. May assist with the evaluation of new and existing software products. May assist and/or mentor less experienced system programmers in day-to-day systems or project related work activities
