Description
Genesis 10 is seeking two highly-motivated Lead Technical Specialists for full time opportunities with our retail client in Topeka, KS. One position desires Peoplesoft HR module experience and the other position desires Peoplesoft Financials experience.

The Lead Technical Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating support, enhancements and integration of in-house, purchased, and jointly developed applications specifically for PeopleSoft systems.

This position is responsible for leading all incoming support incidents, including priority one tickets and escalations related to the assigned applications. Leading the resolution of tickets within a defined timeframe using standard processes and overseeing a queue of tickets to ensure all service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals are achieved. Production support includes root cause analysis, issue escalation, problem reporting and tracking, and assistance with resolution of application problems with focus on high availability.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Required Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor=E2=80=99s degree in Computer Science related field.
- 7 years programming experience within a specific technology.
- 3 years (minimum) Technical Lead/Management.
- Five years Applications/System Development (PeopleSoft required).
- Three years experience as a Supervisor.
- Three years Development/Implementation lead (E-Com).
- Fluency in PC/Windows skills.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Ability to lead and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills, with ability to work across functional lines, and at many levels.
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on assigned tasks independently and assesses and execute without direction.
- Have demonstrated leadership on projects.
- Well defined knowledge of business processes, practices and technology.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- PeopleSoft Financials (AP, GL, AM, PO, ePro, eSupplier, ICE) applications (PeopleSoft HR Module position only).
- Experience with mergers / divestitures for Financial systems (PeopleSoft HR Module position only).
- PeopleSoft Human Resources applications (PeopleSoft Financials position only).
- Kronos Time & Attendance and Labor Scheduling experience (PeopleSoft Financials position only).
