Description
Responsibilities include:

Lead a team of 2 - 3 engineers in the testing of an automation system; establish test schedules for each system release; report test progress weekly; identify obstacles impacting schedule and re-prioritize test activities accordingly; work with developers to debug test failures; prioritize defects; write and maintain feature test plans for each release; analyze test results; oversee regression tests; and help organization maintain ISO 9 certification.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Science Computer Science (or equivalent):

minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing and understand the full software development life cycle; minimum 2+ years of experience as a project leader in testing or development; hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing including functional and regression testing; prior experience in development of test plans and cases; strong project management skills; ability to troubleshoot complex systems; good working knowledge of Windows operating system, Oracle SQL; XML; experience with Microsoft Project; knowledge of Python, Perl and other scripting languages (preferred)and must be able to work independently
