Primary Role Title
Training Lead

Work Location:
Huntsville ? Alabama ? USA

Special Considerations:
Monday thru Friday at client site. Weekly travel possible, but relocation preferred.

Essential Functions:
? Communication - Experience designing, facilitating, and delivering training and/or learning-related events.
? Ability to develop written and electronic presentation content and gathering quantitative data through survey tools and evaluations and Microsoft Excel.
? Excellent communication skills and excellent writing/documentation ability.
? Have managed (or ability to effectively manage) a team consisting of client and consulting team members.

Essential Knowledge:
? Prior change management or training execution experience.
? Understands how business process redesign/enterprise IT implementations relate to workforce transformation, training and communication strategies.
? Has been a part of a systems integration or implementation team.
? Full software lifecycle experience.

Essential Education:
? Bachelor's Degree

Essential Skills:
? Previous position/experience in Business Process Reengineering Optimization/Change Management, System or Software application Trainer.
? Has worked full time or co-oped in the NASA/Navy/DoD or Aerospace and Defense environment.
? Has worked with Procurement Workforce and/or Public Sector Workforce.
? Comfortable working independently and directing others in a team environment.
? Able to interface effectively with senior client and consulting team members.
? Knowledgeable of change management and training best practices. Examples include work force analysis and transition, policy and process alignment, change related communications development.
? Experience with project plans, developing/revising training materials and coordinating training delivery for NASA-specific configuration.
? Ability to collaborate with client/contractors training team.

Organizational Considerations:
? Team Player, Proactive, Self Starter, Quick Learner.
? Must be a US citizen and willing to relocate to Huntsville, AL.
? Willingness to Travel to NASA centers across US.
? Familiarity with SAP or PRISM procurement software.df-tc
