Are you a Lead User Interface Engineer or Senior UI Developer who wants to be a part of the exploding Web 2.0 world? Do you have an entrepreneurial personality? If so, read on.

What you will be doing!

- Develop our product
- Full Life Cycle Development
- Work w/CEO, designers and developers to define new features
- Lead a team of developers
- Produce high quality code
- Perform peer code review and overall site QA
- Bring new and fresh ideas to the table

What you need!

- Javascript
- Excellent command of HTML, Ajax and XML
- CSS (extremely important)
- Demonstrated experience with JavaScript Toolkits such as Prototype, Dojo or YahooUI
- Experience converting visual designs to XHTML, with an acute eye for detail and design fidelity
- Experience with client side pages performance optimizations
- Proven abilities successfully managing and training technical teams
