Develop or provide leadership in developing web-enabled applications. Develop design documentation that facilitates programming in a multi-discipline IT environment. Develop applications according to system life cycle and Enterprise Architecture Standards from specifications and/or prototypes-including verifying accuracy/completeness of programs using sample data and performing unit and string testing, correction of errors, and documentation.

Experience/Skills
The candidate should have experience in three-tiered, web-based environments, with particularly strong skills in user interface (screen design, user controls, etc). Should have a good understanding of SQL. Should possess strong .Net skills and experience with remoting and web services.
