Lead Developer - C# Web Development experience

Our client is looking for the final super star to join their growing team. This is a lead position & the right person must have demonstrated project leadership in their recent past. Also, must have VERY solid web development,C# and .net 2.0 framework.


Main Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with OOL programming; recent experience as a lead & developing web applications
ASP. NET 2.0 / C#
HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Database Experience (MS SQL preferred)
IIS 6.0 configuration and management
Good communication skills with technical and non-technical staff; experience working on multiple projects at one time
Organized and thorough documentation; dynamic personality

Pluses
MCAD, MCSD, MCDBA, MCSE, or other technical cert.s
Ajax
Advanced SQL, queries and Stored Procedures
N-Tier application development
