Lead Web Editorial Manager / Editor-in-Chief

Employment Type: 6 Month Contract / Contract-to-Hire

Job Description/Responsibilities:
Editor in Chief for several of the main internet properties.

Top Skills:
Strong content editor with experience working in Corporate Communications and Enterprise Journalism.
Editorial management for a large life sciences company.
Knowledge of regulatory affairs for Bio-tech and life sciences.
Experienced writer and editor.

Qualifications:
3 years minimum experience in editorial management position for a large life sciences company. Strong knowledge of regulatory affairs for Bio-tech and life sciences.
Strong content editor with experience working in Corporate Communications and Enterprise Journalism.
A strong editorial understanding of Regulatory topics for Life Sciences
Experience writing and editing executive interviews; major corporate announcements; AP news writing; feature stories; corporate journalism; Web content.
Experience managing people as well as line editing and writing personally.
Technical knowledge of HTML and Content Management.
Pluses are Plumtree Portal, Dreamweaver and City Site, Red Dot
