Description
Candidate must be effective and proactive when overseeing and partnering with internal QA teams and external vendors, especially with offshore team mates. The QA project lead will analyize all levels of project documentation, estimate preparation and execution timelines, clearly document test scope, recognize and raise any gaps and impacts, risks and mitigations, priorities, environment and data requirements, test schedules, and closely partner with offshore to complete projects with the highest level of quality. Individual must be customer focused and build strong relationships with business and technology partners. Strong QA methodology coupled with keen documentation skills are keys to success in the highly regulated team. Ability to review, oversee, and take overall ownership of any work required of matrixed QA teams a must.

In depth system knowledge of Fidelity Information Systems (formerly Sanchez) is required; Profile, Profile Direct, Profile for Windows, etc. Retail Banking and Internet Banking functionality such as bill payment, ACH, GL, Debit transactions, IVR/VRU, loan processing, statement, and other core banking processes needed.

Must be flexible in working hours to accommodate a global team of peers and customers across all of North America and India.

Experience/Skills
Senior: Skills equivalent to 6-10 years in comparable position

Create test cases, develop and maintain test specifications, test cases, test scripts and test data, implement test practices, standards and processes, troubleshoot test issues, record test results, track and prioritize defects, participate in product readiness and release decisions and establish fact based measures of test efficiency, effectiveness and product readiness, responsible for estimating, coordinating, directing testing for multiple products/projects. Required skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Science(or equivalent) 5+ years of software quality assurance on highly complex and/or multiple projects, including manual test case execution, defect tracking in ClearQuest, test plan/test case creation and management in industry standard tools including Quality Center, and requirements analysis.
