Currently seeking Leadership Training Team Lead for Full Time, Direct position in Orange County, CA. Wonderful opportunity to be the point of contact for Leadership training for this well-established, but growing organization.

Position entails:
- Responsible for ensuring Leadership Training is strategically aligned with development needs.
- Monitor quality of leadership training programs from design to implementation.
- Ensure all team projects are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supervise, coach, and counsel team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- Four plus years of experience in research, course development, and evaluation of training programs in a corporate environment
- Professional Training Certification, Instructional design certification a plus
