Description
NewVectors, a growing and dynamic consulting firm has an exciting opportunity for a Lean Expert to provide project management support on highly visible commercial and government projects.

Opportunity possible for Project Management, Task Leader, or Team Member.

As Lean Expert, you will be responsible for writing project reports, proposals and staffing plans. Facility with MicroSoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) beneficial. Meeting with clients and partners, and their senior leadership. Make formal presentations. Position requires travel and work at client sites. Eligibility for security clearance required.

Interest in innovation and development of solutions to tough value chain problems. Demonstrated mastery of lean and related continuous improvement techniques both on the shop floor and above the shop floor is critical. Application of lean to IT systems implementation, and supply chain management is desirable. Strong leadership and managerial skills in dealing with self-managing, cross-functional teams and project/program management required. Experience in meeting facilitation a plus.
