CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people! We have an immediate need for a Lean Specialist

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Lead lean process initiatives for the Fabrication COE utilizing lean six sigma tools and techniques. Interface with site lean leaders, key internal manufacturing and strategic suppliers. Deliverables include creating the lean vision and implement a lean strategy to identify/eliminate waste in processes, reduce cycle and inventory at plants and suppliers. Drive measurable improvements in productivity and product flow. Assist in lean plan execution by leading Action Work-Outs, developing pull systems, training personnel and other activities to achieve world-class process flow.

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors Degree 2+ years experience in a lean manufacturing
