Description
Support the development and deployment of online courseware. Respond to production support requests from trainers and users. Acquire deep knowledge of the Learning System database and content delivery platforms. Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues. Analyze problems and provide solutions without significant oversight.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, such as Docent, SumTotal, and/or Aspen.
- Experience supporting web development and web systems.
- Experience supporting Windows systems, particularly media-based (e.g. audio, video, etc.)
- Knowledge of database design and SQL.
- A minimum of 5 years experience with data-driven web development and/or training systemsdf-tc
