Description
law firm in Washington, D.C. has an opening for a Legal Recruiting Manager. This person will manage all aspects of the attorney recruitment process, including on-campus hiring, clerkship recruitment, lateral hiring and the summer associate program. The Legal Recruiting Manager is also responsible for coordinating the firm's diversity recruitment initiatives. This position will report to the Hiring Committee and to the Director of Professional Development, Recruiting and Legal Personnel, and will oversee staff members who support the firm's hiring activities.



Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written skills are required.
A four-year degree or related educational and/or business experience.
A minimum of three years of experience in recruiting or a closely related function in a major law firm.
Good technology skills and a familiarity with on-line recruiting, databases and spreadsheets are important.
The Manager oversees the recruiting budget and experience with preparing statistical analyses and monitoring budgets is desired
