FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION CONTACT JEFF GOTTLIEB @ (310) 209-6838 OR JEFF.GOTTLIEB@RHT.COMConduct new hire training via stand-up or remote delivery.Develop training curricula and associated materials (e.g. handouts, exercises, etc.).Coordinate course registration and scheduling via the Employee Learning Center LMS.Conduct on-going monthly training classes on the firm’s standard software applications.Perform testing and troubleshooting of software updates and installations.Research software features for course development and/or modification.Perform assessment of end users’ computer skills.Remain current on training and learning trends and how they pertain to the Firm.Develop and update eLearning course content using TutorAuthor/TutorAuthor NG and Camtasia.Travel to other Firm office locations, primarily in the west region, to deliver training and support the training function. Approximately 30-35% travel is required.Other duties as assigned.df-tc

Experience/Skills
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office 2003 and legal specific applications such as DM5, iManage, DeltaView, DocXtools, Legal MacPac, or Softwise/Innova.Excellent presentation skills.Curriculum design and development, including course outline and student handouts.E-learning design and development using Camtasia, TutorAuthor, Captivate, etc.Ability to initiate training/user support activities with minimal direction.Exceptional interpersonal skills, both verbally and in written communications, with all levels of staff, legal professionals and vendors.Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.Ability to work in a team environment and be willing to lend support to other team members during expected and unexpected support-related events.Strong organizational, time management and project management skills.ExperienceMust have 3-5 years experience training and/or supporting users in a law firm environment
