The person should have good computer troubleshooting skills with knowledge of Local Area Networks and Wide Area Networks, they must also be able to multitask well, good documentation and customer service skills are a must, previous helpdesk experience would be helpful but as long as the customer service skills are there not mandatory, Title and Escrow knowledge is also a plus but not required.
