Qualifications:
Must have minimum 3 years of hands-on support experience
Should have a good knowledge of MS desktop applications (e.g., Outlook,
Exchange, etc.)
Must have working knowledge of Windows 2000/XP
Must have required knowledge for day-to-day support and troubleshooting.
Will troubleshoot, install, and configure desktop and server hardware
components.
Will repair ink jet and laser printers.
Experience with telephone support & user support
Professional certifications a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
