Job Location:
Required: Candidate must have passed certified Drug Test & Background check prior to start date. Required: Candidate MUST be a U.S. Citizen.
Targeted rate $ 18.00/ hour W-2 +

Job Description:
Provide Level 1 helpdesk phone support. Support experience with Windows xx thru 2003, and XP, MS office 2003 including Outlook 2003.
Basic network troubleshooting, DNS, DHCP and understanding of TCP/IP configurations on desktops as well as Internet/intranet browser configuration.
Experience with SMS or another remote takeover tool for troubleshooting a plus.
Customer service soft skills a must.
Previous phone support experience required.
Basic UNIX knowledge and Mainframe support a plus.
Works with minimal direction and ability to work as team player

Job Requirements:
Experience providing Level 1 Help Desk support
VERY strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office Suite including Outlook 2003
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Remote support and/or SMS would be ideal
Team Player, EXCELLENT Communication Skills (both verbal & written) and great customer service skills
Basic UNIX or mainframe knowledge is preferred
