Local company seeks a Level 1 Help Desk (business) Analyst for a 6 month contract for hire position in Memphis, TN. Position requires 2-3+ years of Help Desk experience.

* Basic AS/400 hardware knowledge
* Basic AS/400 operating system knowledge
* Ability to work with a wide variety of user and IS staff
