This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting over the phone problems related to the Microsoft XP operating system, MS Office Suite, MS Outlook/Exchange and Internet Explorer. This person will respond to phone calls, email and web requests for service, repair or replace computer hardware when required, perform PC application installations, and take all steps available to ensure customer satisfaction

We are actively speaking with applicants that have the required skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills, extensive knowledge of MS Windows XP operating system including the remote desktop connection and assistant, Extensive knowledge of MS Office SP Suite, knowledge of Exchange 2000 and Active Directory, and working knowledge of PDA?s.
