We are currently seeking a contract employee for Level 1 Technical Support to provide timely IT resolutions. The Analysts are the first point of contact for the users who call our IT support center. While providing the highest level of customer service, the Analyst answers incoming calls, tracks all information in a call tracking system, uses a knowledge base tool along with their expertise to resolve tier 1 and 2 requests in a timely fashion. The Analyst escalates unresolved problem/issues/requests to the proper tier 3 support team. Ideal candidates will have multiple years of experience in a Level 1 or 2 help desk environment support Windows and Unix environments. Most have strong experience in MS products.
