JOB DESCRIPTIONINFORMATION TECHNOLOGY – Level 1 Helpdesk/IT SupportQualified candidates will have several years of experience and expertise in IT Support/Technical Help Desk. Candidates must possess both Desktop Support experience and help desk experience. This position will require you to be customer-focused with strong interpersonal and listening skills and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Ensure that customer service issues are addressed efficiently by providing 1st level problem support and resolution. Responsibilities include supporting users with MS Office, Microsoft Outlook, Vista, XP, and browsers as well as basic networking. Candidate will also assist with additional IT support projects as needed.This position is available immediately and is a great entry level position with the opportunity for growth and development.
