Technical Analyst ??? Level 1
Perm, Direct Hire
Location: Plano, TX

Essential Job Functions:
Maintain and troubleshoot the network, hardware, operating systems, and applications interfacing with or utilized within the service center.

Required Qualifications:
??? 1-3 years experience in the information technology field.
??? Knowledge of network operating systems including Windows XP, and other related back office software.
??? Previous use with the following: FTP, SSH, SFTP and any type of web server
??? Previous use of PGP encryption
??? Operating systems: PC (Windows/9x/2000/XP), UNIX
??? Networking Administration: TCP/IP, File sharing, FTP, SAMBA
??? A general technical knowledge of computer hardware and computer maintenance
??? Strong written/verbal communication skills
??? Ability to solve problems under time pressure with frequent interruptions and work
??? Strong analytical and research skills
??? Ability to prioritize workload
??? Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
