Description
Exceptional, family-friendly northside employer is seeking a Level 2 Support professional for their local office. The candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, assisting customers with product installation, setup, configuration and basic/advanced troubleshooting. Expert problem-solver. Sorts through complex issues and conducts comparative analysis of multiple solutions. Extensive PC, Web site and network experience required. Thorough knowledge of latest Windows operating systems, including Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP and Windows 2000. Familiarity with Mac OS X and Linux/Unix systems. Internet and network connectivity troubleshooting skills. FTP and Web server administration and client setup skills preferred. Some experience with Visual Basic scripts preferred. Dedicated to exceeding quality standards and providing technical services and support of the highest caliber to customers. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
