Our client is seeking a Level 2 Technical Support Professional to be responsible for installation and troubleshooting primarily desktop, laptop, Server, LAN and WAN environment and printers at our client's sites.df-tc

Experience/Skills
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
Required Skills
> Responsible for local Coordinationcoordination, Installation installation and on- going support of various Manufacturing and Administrative computer systems for Windows 2000 and Windows XP desktops, laptops, and printers.
>Work as a liaison between the MexicoTexas plant personnel and North American I/S staff located in Kentucky and plotters.
> Responsible for maintaining a standard image provided by the Corporate office on user laptops, desktops and peripheral devices which may include PDA's, Blackberry and other handheld devices.
> Responsible for receiving hardware, hardware disposal and software license tracking.
> Requires frequent interface with the user community.
>Strong troubleshooting capabilities are required.
> Candidate will be required to setup and configure desktop and laptop equipment (Dell and Toshiba) with Windows 2000 and XP.
> Certifications to fix Toshiba laptop and Dell desktop equipment is a plus.
> Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel,Word) and Windows 2000 Professional.
> Strong kKnowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, and Microsoft SMS.
> Basic understanding of Windows 2000 Active Directory and Microsoft's Application Compatibility Toolkit, Windows 2000.
>Candidate will be required to setup and configure desktop and laptop equipment
