We are currently seeking a Level 3 Helpdesk Analyst for an 18-month contract in RTP, NC.

* Investigates and resolves computer software and hardware problems
* Follows standard practice and procedures in analyzing situations to determine the appropriate response.

Experience/Skills
*Ability to handle multiple complex technical issues simultaneously
*Customer Relationship/Helpdesk Experience helpful
*Excellent Oral & Written Skills
*High level network support experience in TCP/IP and VPN
*Microsoft certifications including MCSE preferred
*Training experience preferred
* Ability discerning which issues need to be forwarded to next level of support.
* Proficiency in variety of applications is required, such as - Win XP, Remedy, VPN, IE, Lotus Notes.
* Experience supporing Dell Laptops and HP printers a plus.
* Ability to troubleshooting efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience planning for and implementing upgrades.
