Description
Genesis10 in San Francisco is seeking an experenced Level 3 WINTEL/Citrix Support Engineer for a 1.5 month assignment in the Silver Spring, MD area.
**Note..W2 only; No Third Parties....US Citizen/Green Card Holder only.

Day to day tasks:
* For Citrix support - will be tasked to do the following; troubleshoot level 3 problem tickets, support citrix installations, install service packs, and resolve service requests.
* For WINTEL - will be tasked to build Windows 2000/2003 servers.

Requirements:
Must be open to working early morning and evening shifts. Specific shift schedules have yet to be designated. On-Call duty will also be required. Must also be open to traveling to various local client locations on a frequent basis.

Qualifications:
* Must have 8+ years overall experience, solid Citrix troubleshooting experience, and experience performing Windows 2000 or 2003 server builds.
* Should be expert with Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory Service, Dynamic DNS, Dynamic volumes, Dynamic storage, Backups, Group Policy Implementation, security policies and maintenance.
* Experience in planning, installation, configuration, optimization and support for Microsoft Windows 2003/2000 Networks and MS Terminal Server. Should have a good understanding of terminal server licensing.
* Must have worked on at least a 100 + server Citrix Farm and should have extensive experience in installation, configuration, management and problem resolution of:
Citrix Metaframe 1.8 & Citrix Metaframe Access suite 2.0 / 3.0.
* Experience with the following Citrix components/modules are also required;
- Presentation Server 2.0 / 3.0
- Web Interface 2.0 / 3.0
- Secure Gateway
- STA
- Secure Access Manager
- Password Manager
- Installation Manager

* Must also know how to package applications using WISE.
* Should have extensive Knowledge in MSSQL 2000 and IIS 6.0.
* Knowledge in Oracle, VB Scripting, and Remedy is a plus.
* Experience working on different server hardware, such as, Dell, IBM and HP is highly desired.
* Familiarity with HP Blades, HP DL series 360, 380 and ML Series will be big plus.
