CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people to help us grow! We have an immediate need for a Level II Deskside Support!

Title: Level II Deskside Support
Install and configure Windows 2000 laptops and desktops for new hires. Knowledge of XP a BIG Plus.
Laptop and Desktop PC upgrades, data transfer.
Install software and hardware for end users including Printers, Scanners, Palm Pilots, Blackberries, RAM Upgrades, PCI Cards, and other hardware devices.
Extensive experience troubleshooting and resolving various hardware and software issues as a level 2 deskside technician.
Perform extensive work with Systems Management Server as a Software Distribution
Knowledge of Remedy ticketing
Knowledge of VISTA
A lot of remote support thus the contractor MUST have experience with tools that support this type of user.
MUST have an excellent interpersonal skills as well as be articulate. Must have a professional appearance.
Location: Bentonville, AR 72712
Length: 12 months ++df-tc
