Level II Help Desk Support /Troubleshooters Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite of products. Certifications a real plus some remote work, some desktop support work. Hardware is Dell and IBM Printer Troubleshooting as well as PCs and Laptops. High visibility positions these people must be sharp. 3-5 + years of experience.All Microsoft Products: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project. Must come from a Global Company with 5,000 plus users.Basic troubleshooting (passwork log in issues, network connectivity) some Remote and some desktop must be familiar with Dell and IBM printers, computers,And laptops. Strong analytical experience and excellent comm. Skills. Must be Able to work with all levels of management and clients and co workers. StrongCustomer service skills.
