Ajilon Consulting is a subsidiary of the Adecco Group, a global leader in managed services, consulting and specialized recruiting with a footprint in over 70 countries around the world. We focus on providing staffing and consultative solutions for the IT function, and through Adecco, we can also offer solutions for the functions of engineering, finance and accounting, legal, clinical, administrative, and sales and marketing.

We are looking for two 'Level 2' support contractors for a client of ours in the North Phoenix area. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with standard software/hardware/network packages but will also be able to adapt to our client's "homegrown" desktop software.

Our client's main interest is to have individuals that are motivated to learn and be part of their team. Your great attitude is going to go much further than any technical skills that appear on your resume.

All the work will be done from the Helpdesk (their is "no" desktop support). The majority of the calls you will handle will come from remote locations (including stores), and you will need to be comfortable with 'dialing in' to the remote locations to provide assistance.

Our client's facility is a great place to work - a new facility, great Phoenix location, casual environment and on certain days, employees are allowed to bring their pets to work. Once again, your great customer service skills and your attitude are "critical" to this positiondf-tc


Experience/Skills
* 3-5 years of Level II "Help Desk" support experience
* Ability to grasp new software applications quickly.
* Strong customer service skills with a "great" attitude
* A+ Certification and/or MSDST certification would be a HUGE plus.

Communications:
* Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize
* Clear, concise verbal and written communications
* Attention to detail
* Excellent customer service/people skills
* Ability to work within a diverse workforce
* Must be a team player
