Description
Local company seeks a Level II Help Desk Tech for a 12 month contract in Cincinnati, OH. Position requires 3 years of Customer and Technical Support for a large Help Desk, 3 years of Analysis and Problem Solving, 3 years of AS 400 - reset profiles, 3 years of Microsoft Application / Visio, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Access, 2 years of V N - Virtual Private Network, and 2 years of Lotus Notes.

Preferred skills include Novell password resets/Active Directory, Desktop Support, and Spanish. Person will be working 2nd and 3rd shift permanently and weekends - 4 ten hour days, 3 days off.

Provides customer and technical support through analysis and problem solving to facilitate installation, implementation, maintenance, education, and documentation of a variety of computer and software technologies utilizing remote communication with the end user.
Needs to be able to work in a fast pass Help Desk environment. Will also assign trouble ticket number and escalate for more difficult problems. Must be flexible as far as shifts. Traveling will be required for a month for training purposes. After the training is complete no traveling will be required.
