Description
Provide support for the firms local branches. Troubleshoot various technical problems effecting desktops, as well as the company LAN & servers. Involved w/Active Directory conversion. Light local travel (10%) also.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years with level II desktop AND server-side support. Technical skills needed: MS Office Suite, Windows 98/NT/2000/XP, Win NT/2000 Server, Active Directory, anti-virus s/w, & some level of MS Exchange. Other Skills Extensive phone support/work background necessary; independent- type needed; ability to multi-task also key. Plus Skills Level III and/or MS Exchange 5.5 and 2003 experience is highly desired!
