Description
* Use defined work processes for check in/out, file, track, research, scan, and shred paper records, documents, maps, graphics, and other physical materials, as needed. Provide input for improving and expanding processes to control documents. Supports a national effort to define domestic land resources. Training in work processes is provided.* Must be able to work either day or swing shift.* High School diploma required. Associates Degree in CAD or GIS preferred or directly-related equivalent work experience.* Appropriate training and work experience using productivity software on personal computers; including word processor, spreadsheets, and databases.* MUST have current authorization to work in the U.S.Requirements:* Demonstrable skills in working as a team member and in initiating improvements and new processes.* Prior experience in an office atmosphere where extensive filing of physical records was required.* Familiarity with barcode/RFID tracking systems.* Excellent ability to read and follow written technical instructions, use a computer graphical user interface, and skills using Microsoft Office and other computer software.* Ability to read and understand maps.df-tc
